Last Orders for Christmas
Our last dispatch date for Christmas deliveries is Tuesday 20th December which is the day before the Royal Mail's last posting date for first class mail. Orders should be received by 2pm.
In our experience the Royal Mail delivery service differs so widely in different parts of the country that we cannot guarantee the actual delivery date. As we all experienced last year, the weather can also have a huge impact on deliveries, however Royal Mail out performed the courier companies during the 'big freeze' of 2010. We can write a message on the parcel if you want it left somewhere safe if you will be out.
At this time we are unable to offer a next day courier service, but if you would prefer a courier service please call us to discuss the Hermes Service which takes 5 working days.
Christmas Returns
We understand that a lot of our sales at this time of year are for Christmas presents. We are happy to extend the returns/exchange period for items purchased before 21st December until Tuesday 31st January.
Payment and Personal Data Security.
All payments are taken by Adaptawear which does not store any credit or debit card details. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission. Alternatively payment may be made in person at the Company's premises or by cheque or bank transfer by arrangement at time of contract.
We accept major Credit/Debit cards and paypal. You can also pay by cheque if you are mailing your order (payable to Adaptawear).
Delivery
Overseas customers, please ensure you select the correct shipping rate. Orders will not be dispatched unless the correct amount has been paid. Any orders that have insufficient postage and are subsequently refunded will be charged a £1.00 administration fee.
Orders are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail (Monday - Friday). Until further notice we are unable to offer a courier service.
(Overseas orders are posted by Airmail. Please note this is not a trackable service.)
If you are likely to be out when the delivery is made, please put instructions on the checkout page as to where it can be safely left.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days unless you are notified otherwise. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Our delivery charges vary according to how much you spend.
You can check on the delivery charge when you view your shopping basket and in the checkout area (postage prices are worked out on the vat inclusive totals).

If you are sending your order as a gift we are delighted to giftwrap and include a gift card for an additional £3.60. Please add this at the cart page and please do not forget to include your giftcard message in the 'Gift Message' box on the checkout page.
If you would like to give instruction on where to leave the parcel if you are out, please complete the special instructions box at the checkout page. Or, we can deliver to a business address.

Out of Stock Items
Due to exceptional demand, there may be times when your chosen items are out stock. If this happens, we will contact you within two days of receiving your order and advise you of the expected delivery date. A guide to stock levels can be found on the web site and we try to keep this as up to date as possible.
Returns Policy and Refunds
We aim to provide quality products and a first class service to our customers however there are occasions when you may wish a refund or an exchange, please complete the returns / exchange form which will be in the parcel.
Please note that under no circumstances will we accept the return of a garment which shows signs of having been worn or tried on for an extended period. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of a garment which has been badly repacked and cannot be put back into stock. It will be returned to the customer.
Cancelling the Order
If you decide to cancel or return your order, you may do so under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) providing you inform us in writing (either by email or post) of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned. Once you have informed us that you wish to return the goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so at your own expense. We will then issue you a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit
If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 working days of receipt. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all the documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we will either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Exchanging the Goods
If you wish to exchange any items for a different size or colour please complete the returns slip which will be in your parcel and post to:

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods by safe methods of transport. We suggest using the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of the product until it arrives at back at the company.
