How to Order

Ordering with us for the first time?

When you have found the items that you wish to buy, choose the size,colour, and quantity from the drop down boxes and click on the ‘Add to cart’ icon.  This will automatically place the item in you ‘shopping trolley’.

Once you have completed your selection and have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping trolley, you can begin the check out process by clicking on the 'check out' link in the shopping trolley at the left of your screen.

If this is the first time you have ordered online from Adaptawear, we will ask you for some information that will make the checkout process easier and more secure.  It will also make the buying process a whole simpler the next time you want to shop with us.  We will require the following details:   

  • Password for security 
  • Your name and address
  • Email address
  • Delivery details
Once you have provided us with this information, follow the online instructions through to completion of your order. 

As part of the check out process you will be asked whether you wish to claim exemption from VAT on eligible products. To claim exemption from VAT you must be suffering from a long term illness or disability - please see the VAT Relief section of the Customer Services pages for more details.

Make sure you keep a note of the order number that will be given to you at the end of the order process as this will help us to deal with any future queries you may have on that purchase.

Payment Options 
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, you will need to complete the online form, print it out and send us the payment by post.  Please ensure that the order number, your name and address are written on the back of the cheque.
Please note that the goods will only be despatched once payment has clesred.  Please allow an additional 7 working days for your order to be despatched if paying by cheque.
