PAYMENTS
We accept most major credit/debit cards.
If you would like to send us a cheque payment, please send it to Freepost RRKJ-ATAE-XEKT, Adaptawear, 30 Cole Bank Road, Hall Green Birmingham B28 8EY. Cheques should be made payable to Adaptawear. Please note that goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
BACK ORDERS
Any items on back order will not be charged to your card until they are despatched.
DELIVERY
 Please note that goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared and if applicable, a valid VAT Relief form has been completed. All items are sent to you via First Class Recorded delivery to any UK address and aim to reach you within 7 working days from despatch unless stated otherwise. Orders under £75 cost £4.95 Orders over £75 we deliver FREE OF CHARGE to any UK address. All packages will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so that the package can be signed for during working hours.
EU Deliveries
Postage and packing to EU countries is £8.50 International Deliveries
Charges are made according to weight and destination. For deliveries to non-EU countries VAT will be deducted, but there
may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of the goods for which we are not liable. |
